 Luxmi Cast & Forge have installed multi-manufacturing technology with backward integration of the plant to have highly flexible manufacturing for fabrication, casting & forged components under tolerance of 0.5 mm, We have own heat treatment shop, laboratory, tool room to manufacture in-house forging tools, press tools, jigs & fixtures & Laboratory, machining centre for making forging dies. |

Heat Treatment |
Normalizing, hard n tempering can be done through one of our sister concern. This can be done in electric furnace. Only through Electric furnace we can assures the valuable result of material via following the organized system of temperature in equal lots of material. |
